I’ve lived in this area my entire life and have been in real estate for the past 48 years. Over the decades, I’ve seen just about every kind of market imaginable—and each one has taught me something valuable. I specialize in investment properties, but I’ve also worked in residential, commercial, vacant land, new construction, waterfront, multifamily, farms, and recreational real estate. There isn’t much I haven’t seen or handled in this business.

These days, one of my greatest joys is passing that experience on to the next generation. I’m proud to be mentoring my grandson, Matthew Biller, and my niece, Bradi Kasparec—both of whom are hardworking, eager to learn, and dedicated to the business.

I credit my success to my strong belief in God. My advice to anyone is simple: find God first, and you will never hunger nor thirst—just like it says in John 6:35.
